A quick check-in before I write to you again

Hi there — a quick check-in before I write to you again

Your email address came up while I was consolidating contacts from roughly 25 years of correspondence across me and my partner's personal Gmail and professional Google Workspace inboxes — Sent folders, contact books, calendar events, the lot. I honestly can't tell you when we last spoke, but at some point you and I exchanged email or appeared in a shared thread. Rather than start sending you content blind, I'd rather check in once and let you decide.

What I'd like to send you

Short posts, written by me or my team, from hello@contact.cchk.me. Topics break down across the brands I run:

  • Potentialz — psychology, mental health, parenting
  • Moral Stories — short reads from world wisdom traditions
  • Wisdom Booth — practical philosophy and life lessons
  • VidInsights — video / YouTube creator analysis
  • Style Drops — fashion, design, aesthetic notes
  • GTS-Constellation — tech, AI, and business systems
  • AshGanda.com — personal essays and reflections

You can pick the ones you want — or skip the lot. Either is fine.

What I need you to do

One of three things by 10 June 2026 (that's 7 days):

Choose what I send (or nothing) Don't email me anything

If I don't hear from you by then, I'll assume you're fine with the default mix (one post a week, mostly Potentialz + one other brand). You can change preferences or unsubscribe at any time, from any email I send.

Why you're getting this — full transparency

Your email address surfaced when I consolidated 25 years of historical correspondence across me and my partner's personal and professional inboxes. Some of you I've stayed in touch with all that time; others I haven't spoken to since the early 2000s. The pipeline that built this contact list doesn't tell me which is which, so I'm sending the same considered note to everyone and letting you steer.

If this feels like it's coming out of nowhere and you'd rather just not hear from me, click the second button — one tap, no follow-up, you won't hear from me again.
